Creamy Goat Cheese Dip

This dip is incredibly simple, delicious, and it’s packed with nutrients! All you need is 4 ingredients and your dipping chip or vegetable of choice to make this tasty snack. So grab your favorite savory seeds (both the Greek Inspired and Everything blends can be used in this recipe) and get mixing!

Ingredients: (Makes 3 servings)

  • 4 oz. Goat Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Half & Half

  • 6 Tbsp. Greek Inspired OR Everything Seed Blend

  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a small food processor or high powdered blender. Depending on the size of your equipment, you may need to double the recipe to cover the blade. Blend on high until the dip is smooth and creamy. If the dip is too thick, add water (1 Tbsp. at a time) until desired consistency is achieved. Keep in mind - this dip will thicken up a bit after some time in the refrigerator, so we recommend adding a bit of water if you aren’t going to eat it right away. Enjoy with veggies, chips, crackers, and everything else you love to dip!

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

If you are Seed Cycling, each serving (about 1/3 Cup) contains 2 Tbsp. of ground flax and pumpkin seeds. No substitutions or extra work necessary, just enjoy a helping of this creamy dip to get your daily seeds in!

This recipe can easily fit a range of dietary needs - it’s naturally free from gluten, nuts, soy, and eggs. To make this dip vegan or dairy-free, we recommend swapping a dairy-free cream cheese for the goat cheese, and using coconut milk in place of the half & half.
