Dark Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients: (Makes 1 serving)
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp. Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. Dark Chocolate Seed Blend
2 Tbsp. Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp. Salt
Optional toppings (raspberries, strawberries, toasted coconut, slivered almonds, chopped walnuts)
Add all ingredients to a pint-sized mason jar, secure lid tightly, and shake well to combine. Transfer jar to the refrigerator and store overnight, allowing the oats and seeds to soften. Enjoy your pre-made breakfast the next morning, with tasty toppings of your choice!
