Dark Chocolate Overnight Oats

Give yourself a little extra treat for breakfast with these Dark Chocolate Overnight Oats. They’re delicious, nutritious (boasting 30% of your daily fiber), and filling - just what your body needs to wake up and get going!

Ingredients: (Makes 1 serving)

  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 1/4 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk

  • 1 Tbsp. Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder

  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

  • 2 Tbsp. Dark Chocolate Seed Blend

  • 2 Tbsp. Semisweet Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 1/8 tsp. Salt

  • Optional toppings (raspberries, strawberries, toasted coconut, slivered almonds, chopped walnuts)

Add all ingredients to a pint-sized mason jar, secure lid tightly, and shake well to combine. Transfer jar to the refrigerator and store overnight, allowing the oats and seeds to soften. Enjoy your pre-made breakfast the next morning, with tasty toppings of your choice!

These Dark Chocolate Overnight Oats can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 days in an airtight container.
