Mango Smoothie with Ginger & Cardamom

We love a good mango smoothie - they’re creamy, thick and have just the right amount of sweetness. Add a boost of flavor AND nutrients to your next smoothie by following this simple recipe (and try a different fruit if mango isn’t your jam)!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Milk (cow, oat, almond, coconut, you choose!)

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 1/2 Cup Ice Cubes

  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango, diced

  • 2 Tbsp. Ginger Cardamom Seed Blend (Sunflower & Sesame)

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (optional)

Add ingredients to blender in the order listed. Blend on high for 10-30 seconds or until seeds are fully combined and desired smoothie texture is reached. Add more milk or water if you want a thinner smoothie, and if you want it a bit thicker add more fruit or ice. If you swap out the mango for a juicier fruit (like an apple, pineapple, or orange), start with only 1/2 Cup of water and go from there.

This recipe can easily fit a range of dietary needs - dairy free milk replacements (especially coconut milk) are a great option, plus this smoothie is naturally gluten and nut free!
